DLA Piper has elevated two lawyers to the partnership in Hong Kong and one to of counsel in Beijing as part of its annual round of promotions.
The Beijing promotion was of Jenny Liu, who was appointed to the firm’s Greater China corporate group. Liu specialises in venture capital and corporate finance transactions and has represented clients in a wide range of commercial transactions including private placements, stock purchase and secured/unsecured credit transactions.
